2. General information
We take the protection of your personal data seriously and treat it confidentially, in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations (in particular the GDPR and the German TDDDG) and this privacy policy. This website can be used without providing any personal data. It sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services. All fonts are served locally from our own server.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare operates a global content delivery network; personal data (in particular IP addresses) may therefore also be processed on servers in the USA. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; in addition, EU standard contractual clauses are in place. Further information can be found in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of the request, page accessed, browser type and version, operating system and referrer URL. This data cannot be attributed to specific persons and is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and the security of the website. We have concluded a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) with the hosting provider.
4. Contacting us
If you contact us by email or phone, your details, including the contact data you provide, are stored by us for the purpose of handling your enquiry and for follow-up questions. We do not pass this data on without your consent. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation or performance of a contract) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling your enquiry). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Google Maps (only after activation)
In the "Getting here" section we offer a map from the Google Maps service, operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The map is deactivated by default: data is only transmitted to Google once you activate the map by clicking "Load map" (two-click solution).
By activating the map you consent to your IP address and other technical data being transmitted to Google; data may also be transferred to the USA. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG. The consent applies to the current page view and ends when you reload the page. Further information can be found in Google's privacy policy.
6. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the "https://" prefix and the lock symbol in your browser's address bar.
7. Your rights
With regard to your personal data, you have the following rights:
- Access to the data processed (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
- Withdrawal of consent with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR)
To exercise these rights, an informal message to info@fkuchel.de is sufficient.
8. Right to lodge a complaint
In the event of data protection violations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Independent Centre for Data Protection Schleswig-Holstein (ULD), Holstenstraße 98, 24103 Kiel, Germany, datenschutzzentrum.de.
9. Changes to this privacy policy
We will update this privacy policy whenever changes to the website or legal requirements make it necessary. The version published here applies.
